PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile lease and loan combined contract execution system which enables a user to pay an inexpensive monthly amount and also enables a financial institution and a leasing company to quickly and efficiently perform loaning money, receiving leasing fees, and delivering a vehicle.SOLUTION: In an automobile lease and loan combined contract execution system 10, a leasing company server 20, a financial institution terminal 50, and a dealer terminal 70 are interconnected via a communication line such as Internet 12. A leasing company and a user 14 make an inexpensive lease contract, a financial institution make a loan contract with the user 14 for loaning the user 14 a total lease amount, and the user rents a vehicle by paying the leasing company the total lease amount in a lump sum with the loaned money.
