PURPOSE: To secure good natural audio-visual feeling by mutually adjacently arranging a liquid crystal display and a speaker which is suitable to Hi-Fi audio output without magnetic shielding structure to make a picture and the position of sound source coincide mutually.

CONSTITUTION: In a car mounted TV system, a liquid crystal display 1 and its speaker 2 for audio output are mutually adjacently arranged, for instance attached to a gloved box 3 inside a compartment. In this case, the liquid crystal display 1 is attached to the gloved box 3, for instance using exclusive fittings 4. The speaker 2 for audio output is attached to the gloved box 3 using attaching screws 5 and spring nuts 6 so that, for instance, a part of a magnet 2b may be positioned within a range of radius 300mm from the picture center of the liquid crystal display 1. In addition to that, a speaker unit 2a comprising the magnet 2b shall be suitable to Hi-Fi audio output.
