PURPOSE: To enable the traveling wheels of a car to get on and off a movable frame smoothly with ease and in silence by providing the frame with a front part transferring rollers capable of engaging with the front faces of the wheels, and with a rear part transferring rollers capable of engaging with the rear faces of the wheels and of receding from the ruts of the wheels.

CONSTITUTION: A movable frame F is movable in the traveling direction of a washed car main body W and capable of moving the car V forcibly on receipt of its traveling wheels Wf. The frame F is provided with front part transferring vollers 13 capable of engaging with the front faces of the traveling wheels Wf of the car V, and with rear part transferring rollers 14 capable of engaging with the rear faces of the traveling wheels Wf and of receding toward a farther side from the ruts of the wheels Wf. When the traveling wheels Wf gets on and off the frame F, the rollers 14 installed on the frame F can recede from the ruts of the wheels Wf. The wheels Wf thus can do without getting over the rollers 14 and get on and off the frame F smoothly with ease and in silence.
