PURPOSE: To absorb vibrations of a roof panel, reduce noises in a car room, reduce the weight of a car body, and improve the heat insulation, etc. by inserting a core material made of foaming beads molds between the roof panel and a roof trim.

CONSTITUTION: A core material made of soft and hard foaming beads molds 13a, 13b is fixed inside a roof panel 11 via an adhesive 12. A material made by sticking soft foaming urethane 15 and a vinyl chloride sheet 16 toghther is stuck as a roof trim material inside the said mold 13b via a hot melt layer 14. Accordingly, vibrations of the roof panel 11 are absorbed and noises in a car room can be reduced. In addition, the tensile rigidity of the roof panel 11 can be increased, the thickness of a steel plate forming the roof panel 11 can be decreased to reduce the weight of a car body, the heat insulation is improved, and a decrease of the head clearance due to a droop of the roof trim can be prevented.
