Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent locus variation of a car in such a running condition that the driver's care will easily be dispersed, by judging the normal running condition of the car, and by steering the wheels under control so as to correct the sideways displacement of the car because of turbulence by side wind etc., at the time of this judgement. CONSTITUTION:An electrical control device 17 includes a microcomputer 51, A/D converter 52, waveform shaper circuit 50, analog input buffer 54, digital input buffer 55, and an output buffer circuit 56. The brake signal and auto drive signal given by switches 2, 23 and the car speed, steering angle, and acceleration signals given by sensors 4, 3, 1 are entered to judge if it is under normal running condition. When the yawrate and wind pressure signals given by sensors 5, 6 are fed under the normal running condition, turbulence to the car such as sideways displacement is sensed and the correctional steering angle is calculated in accordance with this turbulence. Thereafter valves 9, 10, 14 are controlled in accordance with the correctional steering angle, and the rear wheels are steered under control.
