Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a means which can enhance the layout of various apparatus and the durability of a car suspension device equipped with a stabilizer.

CONSTITUTION: In the left half of the body of a car 1 in its position backmore than the front wheels viewed in the direction fore and aft, an intercooler 14 is installed inclined in such a way that the frontmore is positioned higher, while a front differential 10 is installed in the right half. A stabilizer 61 is installed by making use of a space produced over the intercooler 14, and the layout around a suspension device S is enhanced. The arrangement further includes a torque box 65 to which vibration, etc., is fed from the suspension device S side and the first stabilizer mounting bracket 64 to be sucured to the car body, and with this bracket 64 the rigidity and durability of the torque box 65 are enhanced.
