Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle washing facility having a get-on part transport device on which a vehicle to be washed is put on and stopped, whereby washing of the vehicle can be performed without obstruction by correcting the get-on attitude of the vehicle to the left and right using an attitude correction device.
CONSTITUTION: Get-on part roller conveyors 14a, 14b are configured with side frames 16 and rollers 17 installed rotatably between them. The rollers 17 are coupled together by a chain 18 and turned by a motor 19. A guide rail 20 to guide wheels 44a, 43a of a vehicle 3 to be washed is installed in the upper part of each side frame 16. An attitude correction device 23 to correct the get-on attitude of the vehicle 3 to the left and right is installed on the two roller conveyors 14a, 14b. The device 23 is configured with a wheel guide surface 24, with which the front and rear wheels 43a, 44a of the vehicle 3 are in contact, and a moving device 25 which supports the wheels 43a, 44a and moves to the guide surface 24.
