The bottom part washing device 31 includes a brush 35 for a bottom surface rotatable around a horizontal direction axial center 36A orthogonal to a relatively moving direction A. By rotating the brush 35 around the horizontal direction axial center 36A, while relatively moving the vehicle 5 and the bottom part washing device 31, stain of the bottom part of the vehicle 5 can be surely removed by brushing washing by the brush 35 extended by the rotation. As a result, the bottom part can be always and sufficiently washed.
