To solve such a problem that in a conventional car washing unit, a washing surface is approximately 15-20 cm and labor is required for washing a wide part of an outer surface of an automobile; when a resin is used, for example, for a body, weight of the car washing unit is increased and physical burden is large; and further, since heat insulation effect is small in the resin product, car washing work in winter is particularly hard.

The car washing unit comprises a light and heat-insulative material such as styrol foam or the like. The unit is constituted by a body formed by a triangular, curved surface-like and a flat surface-like distal end and a crest-like, curved surface-like and flat surface-like rear end; a grip comprising the light and heat-insulative material provided on an upper surface of the body; and a contact body comprising urethane foam provided on a lower surface of the body.
