PURPOSE: To remove garbage in a crusher and a dehydrator and to prevent the adhesion of garbage to a hopper.

CONSTITUTION: A projected axis 31 on the central axis of a crusher 6 and a depression 32 on the central axis of a dehydrator 12 are formed respectively so that the dehydrator 12 is set to be able to move along its central axis. Since the dehydrator 12 can be separated from the crusher 6, residual garbage in the crusher 6 and the dehydrator 12 can be removed from the space formed by the separation of the dehydrator 12, and crusher 6 and the dewaterer 12 can be washed. An agitation arm is installed in a hopper for garbage to enable the vertical movement along the axis of the hopper so that all the garbage in the hopper can be agitated when the arm is moved to the bottom.
