To obtain the subject composite by mutually blending under heating raw rubber, carbon black, and a specific kind of wax to effect homogeneous dispersion of the carbon black in the rubber even if the carbon black content is high.
This composite is obtained by mutually blending under heating (A) raw rubber, (B) pref. 10-1,000 pts.wt., more pref. 30-500 pts.wt., further pref. 50-200 pts.wt. of carbon black based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A, and (C) pref. 1-300 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the component B, of a kind of wax reactive with the component B; wherein the component A is pref. an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, or the like; the component B is such a kind of carbon black as to have functional groups such as carboxy groups on the surface, is <pH 7, and is 100-20 ml/100 g in DBP oil absorption; and the main skeleton of the component C is pref. of polystearyl (meth)acrylate, polyethylene glycol, or the like.
