Abstract:
To obtain a new microalga having excellent sedimentation and improved recovery.
This fine microalga Tetraselmis sucia ATRC-1 belonging to the genus Tetraselmis, having high recovery is a CO2 fixing microalga which grows in the concentration of the salt content of sea water, fixes CO2 and has excellent sedimentation in sea water. The microalga can be used to fix CO2 being the causative agent of global warming.
