To prevent thermal deterioration of turbine blades by cooling the turbine blades by the use of recovered carbon dioxice and decreasing temperature of combustion gas to be supplied to a turbine.
This plant has a combustion means 1 for burning fuel by oxygen to generate combustion gas including carbon dioxide and moisture gas, a turgine generator means 40 for rotating blades of a gas turbine 4 by the use of the combustion gas generated by the combustion means 1 to generate power, and a cooling means 10 for cooling the rotational blades. The cooling means 10 has a condenser 6 which condenses exhaust gas after recovering exhaust heat to generate carbon dioxice and water, an exhaust heat recovery means 5 for evaporating the condensed water by the use of exhaust heat of the turbine generator means 40, and a feedback supplying passage 8 for supplying the generated steam to cool the rotational blades of the gas turbine 4 of the turbine generator means 40.
