To provide a carbon fiber composite material uniformly dispersed with carbon nano-fibers, and its manufacturing method.
The method for manufacturing the carbon fiber composite material includes a process of mixing an elastomer 30 having an unsaturated bond or group possessing affinity to carbon nano-fibers 40, a foaming agent 50 and the carbon nano-fibers 40 and dispersing the mixture by shearing force.
