Abstract:
To provide a carbon fiber nonwoven fabric excellent in the fiber dispersibility and the uniformity, and capable of reducing unevenness in penetration of a thermoplastic resin into its fibers, and to provide a carbon fiber-reinforced resin composite having a smooth surface and a good appearance, and excellent in strength characteristics.SOLUTION: A carbon fiber nonwoven fabric contains carbon fibers and fibrillated fibers, and is excellent in fiber dispersion and has a specific void diameter distribution. Further, a carbon fiber-reinforced resin composite is obtained by laminating the carbon fiber nonwoven fabric and a thermoplastic resin sheet, and then melting and integrating the thermoplastic resin sheet and the carbon fiber nonwoven fabric by a thermally pressurizing process.SELECTED DRAWING: None
