Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a pile web low in electric resistance value, excellent in the weighing uniformity, and useful as an electrode conductive material for secondary batteries such as Na-S batteries.
CONSTITUTION: Carbon multifilament yarns each comprising the bundle of 1000 carbon filaments having a single filament diameter of 7μ are woven as the ground yarns and pile yarns of the pile web with a velvet loom, a tower loom, etc., to obtain the pile web having a specific volume of 0.5-50cc/g and formed into the form of a loop pile web, a cut pile web or a cut and loop web.
