Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil agent composition for carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber capable of providing a carbon fiber bundle excellent in fusion prevention property between several single fibers, operational stability and mechanical property, a carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle containing 63 to 97 pts.mass of amino group-containing polydimethylsiloxane represented by the formula (1) and having kinetic viscosity of 25 to 750 mm/s(25°C) and amino equivalence of 1000 to 8000 g/mol and 3 to 37 pts.mass of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether represented by the formula (2) and having attached oil agent composition. (1), (2), where A is a propylene group, Ris H, Ris an aminoethyl group, Ris a Chydrocarbon group, m and n are integers of 1 or more and x is an integer of 3 to 20.
