To provide a carbon fiber reinforced plastic plate having strong mechanical properties in a specific direction, a processed product, and a manufacturing method of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic plate.SOLUTION: A carbon fiber reinforced plastic plate includes a carbon fiber with a fiber length of 10 to 70 mm, and has a carbon fiber non-woven fabric having an orientation direction in one direction and a base material.
