Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an instrument and a method for employing a reinforcing fiber layer impregnated with a thermosetting resin to produce an integral monolithic structure.
CONSTITUTION: This instrument consists of an instrument base 4 determining the shape of a structure, an instrument cover 8, an outer bag 16 made of nylon or a similar material, two side surface supports 6 surrounded by support elements of which the number is same to the required number of bays, an air permeable material 17, one partition film 18, a sealing mastic 15, a vacuum valve 14, a tubular partition film 10 and a tubular bag 11.
