To provide a carbon nanotube aqueous dispersion having a large content of carbon nanotubes and allowing for its easy coating.SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube aqueous dispersion according to the present invention contains carbon nanotubes, carboxymethylcellulose, and water, wherein the content of carbon nanotubes is 2.5 mass% or more, and the viscosity measured using a B-type viscometer at 25°C and 60 rpm is 3000 cps or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
