Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus for producing CNT by which during synthesis of CNT, at least one of a film thickness, a percolation threshold value and an orientation degree of CNT can be measured.SOLUTION: A CNT production apparatus comprises a synthesis furnace 1 that upon being supplied with a carbon source and a catalyst, synthesizes CNT therein, a collector 3 that collects CNT contained in a gas flowing out from the synthesis furnace 1, two electrodes arranged at the downstream of the flow of the gas with respect to the collector 3, and a measuring part 5 that measures at least one of a film thickness, a percolation threshold value and an orientation degree of CNT collected by the collector 3 based on an impedance between the two electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
