Title:
CARBON NANOTUBE STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, CARBON NANOTUBE TRANSFER AND SOLUTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005041835
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a carbon nanotube structure having uniform characteristics; and to provide a method for producing the structure.

The carbon nanotube structure is constituted of at least a carbon nanotube structural layer 14 formed on the surface of a substrate 12 and constituting a net structure of mutually crosslinked many carbon nanotubes. The method for producing the carbon nanotube structure comprises a coating step for coating a solution containing the carbon nanotubes having functional groups and an additive for chemically bonding the functional groups to each other on the surface of the substrate 12, and a crosslinking step for forming the carbon nanotube structural layer 14 constituting the net structure of the many mutually crosslinked carbon nanotubes by chemically bonding the functional groups to each other.
