Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage production apparatus capable of improving the absorption efficiency of carbon dioxide with a simple and compact configuration.SOLUTION: In a carbonated beverage production apparatus 1 to produce a carbonated beverage by the carbonation of a cooled process liquid,: microbubble nozzles 21 to inject carbon dioxide gas into a pipe part 20a in the middle of a pipeline 20 flown with the process liquid are attached; a plurality of vibration generators 22A are arranged in series at the pipe part 20b of the downstream side of the pipe part 20a attached with the microbubble nozzles 21; and vibration is applied by the vibration generators 22A to the process liquid injected with carbon dioxide gas by the microbubble nozzles 21.
