To provide carbonated milk drink containing at least 1 mass% of milk fat and carbonic acid and free from producing precipitation of milk proteins even in a condition of leaving the drink in a hermetically sealed container at 25°C for 24 h.

This carbonated milk drink suppresses precipitation of milk proteins through bringing pH of the milk drink to the same level or above of the isoelectric point of milk proteins, and has flavor similar to that of milk.
