Abstract:
To repair an oven port side of an inside of a carbonization chamber with a repair device.SOLUTION: A carbonization chamber repair apparatus 40 comprises: a support base 72 which is disposed outside a carbonization chamber 20 of a coke oven 10 and on a side of an oven port 30 of the carbonization chamber 20; a repair device 50 which has a leg 54 and an emission part 68 which is disposed in front of the leg 54 and emits a repair material, the repair device supported by a carriage 70 such that the emission part 68 faces toward the oven port 30; a transfer device 80 which is provided on the support base 72 and which transfers the repair device 50 toward the carbonization chamber 20 to insert the emission part 68 through the oven port 30 into the carbonization chamber 20; and a controller 100 which controls the transfer device 80 so as to become a first landing state in which the leg 54 of the repair device 50 lands on an oven bottom 22 of the carbonization chamber 20 and a second landing state in which the leg 54 of the repair device 50 lands on the support base 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
