To provide an implement which reduces a chemical substance in a fossil fuel and an exhaust gas, and efficiently generates high temperature combustion heat in a heating chamber in an outer cylinder in a predetermined horizontal type carbonization furnace or vertical type carbonization furnace.
The carbonization furnace comprises as follows. A treatment tube 3 which has a carbonization chamber 10 is supported in an outer cylinder 2, and a heating chamber 9 is formed between the outer cylinder 2 and the treatment tube 3. A vent hole 11a which communicates the carbonization chamber 10 with the heating chamber 9 is prepared in the treatment tube 3. The carbonization chamber 10 is heated with the combustion heat generated in the heating chamber 9 through the vent hole 11a, wherein a carbide in which the carbonization treatment of a treated material is carried out by the carbonization chamber 10 is discharged. The heating chamber 9 can be heated through the vent hole 11a with the combustion heat produced in the carbonization chamber 10 at the time of the carbonization treatment. A magnetic air introduction pipe 22 which has a magnet 24 to make magnetism generate in the air supplied to the heating chamber 9 is included, and a valve 25 which performs feeding and stopping of the magnetic air and can alter the amount of the air to be supplied is prepared at the magnetic air introduction pipe 22.
