To produce a large amount of carbides which can be recycled by carbonizing organic waste material in stead of incineration and also contribute the solution of garbage problems.

This process comprises (I) the carbonization-preparing process in which an organic waste material to be carbonized is placed in a container 10, the container is sent into a primary safe storage chamber 3 replaced with an inert gas, then transferred into the pre-heating chamber 4, to the pre- carbonization process which is preheated with the waste heat from the furnace for heating the carbonizing chamber 5, (II) the carbonization process in which the container 10 is sent from the preheating chamber 4 to the carbonizing chamber 5 and heated at 450-900°C chamber temperature with the furnace whereby the organic waste is carbonized and (III) the carbonized product transferring process in which the container 10 is transferred from the carbonizing chamber 5 to a secondary safe storage chamber 6 replaced with an inert gas, further from the secondary safe storage chamber 6 to the cooling chamber 7 to lower the temperature with cooling water and then the carbonized product is conveyed out.
