Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of operational discomfort by eliminating an assembly error preventing pin and preventing a dent on a throttle valve in a piston valve type carburetor.SOLUTION: A carburetor includes: two through holes 4a1 and 4a2 disposed in a valve cylinder 4a and arranged in a reciprocating motion direction; engagement parts 4f2 and 4f3 respectively secured by being inserted from the interior of the valve cylinder 4a into the through holes 4a1 and 4a2; a resin guide part 4f1 which connects the engagement parts 4f2 and 4f3 and are inserted into a slit 4b1 of a throttle valve 4b and defines a positional relationship between the valve cylinder 4a and the throttle valve 4b during an assembly; and a metal plug 4g to be pressed into the through holes 4a1 and 4a2 from the outside of the valve cylinder 4a.
