Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shelf plate to be manufactured by extrusion molding such as resin molding, aluminum forming, etc. by forming a card adhesive plate used for article display shelf, etc., of a long material made of a long front plate and back plate integrally formed to have an inverse V-shaped section and forming a step part in the longitudinal direction on the lower end part of the back plate.
SOLUTION: The card adhesive plate a forming the front end face of a shelf plate 100 on which articles are displayed is a long material with the section in an inverse V-shape made by extrusion molding, for instance, made of polyvinyl chloride, and is made into a shape that a long front plate 2 and a back plate 3 are integrally formed. The thickness at the lower end part of the back plate 3 is formed thicker and equipped with a longitudinal step part 4. The shelf plate 100 has a receiving part with almost L-shaped section in the longitudinal direction on the front end and the L-shaped tip end is formed bent upward and the tip end part makes an engaging part 11 and constitutes a part of the receiving part 10. A protruding part 12 is equipped on the receiving part 10 and the card adhesive plate 1 is fixed by engaging the step part 4 with the protruding part 12 when the card adhesive plate 1 is fit into the receiving part 10.
