Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forgery to surely confirm that an owner himself or herself uses a card.
SOLUTION: A CGH(computer generated hologram) reproducing means 31 takes out a reproduced picture of CGH from a data recording area 11 of a personal ID card. The CGH reproduced picture is supplied to a picture recognition means 32, and its contents are recognized. Discrimination information included in the CGH recognition result is used to access a data base 2 by a DB read means 35, and personal information or the like is read out from the data base 2 and is outputted t a display means 36 or the like. If permission information is included in the CGH recognition result, this permission information is supplied to an access code generation means 33 to generate an access code (CSC) to an IC module 14, and this access code is supplied to an IC data read means 34, and information recorded in the IC module 14 of the personal ID card is read out and is displayed on the display means 36.
