A driving side gear 46 coupled with a driven pulley 42d so as to be integrally rotated and a driven side gear 59 coupled with a driven pulley 52b so as to be integrally rotated are engaged with each other to transmit the driving force of a driving belt 43 to a driven belt 56. Since the driven belt 56 opposed to the driving belt 43 is also rotated, a prepaid card is carried or stopped by both the driving belt 43 and the driven belt 56. Thereby the slipping of the prepaid card is suppressed and the acceleration distance of the prepaid card can be shortened.
