Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card carrying device in which cards can be hardly overlapped in a card carrying path.
SOLUTION: In this card carrying device, a card 10A is carried through a card carrying path 12 while the card is held by a driving roller 18, and the edge faces of the card 10A and a card 10B carried just before the card 10A are brought into contact with each other, and the previously carried card 10B is pushed from a card ejection port 16. In this case, protruding guides 20a, 20b, 20c, and 20d protruding in the card carrying path 12 which can be brought into contact with the surfaces of the cards 10A and 10B whose edge faces should be brought into contact with each other are provided in the card carrying path 12. Then, the cards 10A and 10B brought into contact with the protruding guides 20a... are curved so that the edge faces of the cards 10A and 10B can be brought into contact with each other in a crossing state.
