Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the recording content of an IC card at any time even if a display part in which information can repetitively be written on a surface and from which information can be deleted is difficult to provide for the IC card by reading information from the IC card kept in a card holding means and displaying information which is read on the display part.
SOLUTION: A CPU 5 reads ID data which is recorded in a data memory 7 and collates it with ID data recorded in RAM 8. Whether it is the correct card or not is judged. When it is not correct, the effect is transmitted to CPU 31 of a card case 1. When CPU 31 receives it, it displays an error on LCD(liquid crystal display) 30 and the effect is given to a card possessor. When the card is correct, CPU 5 reads accumulated points, the prepaid balance and a rental time limit, which are stored in the data memory 7, and transmits them to CPU 31 of the card case 1. CPU 35 once stores them in RAM 33 and displays them on LCD 30.
