To insert a tray easily into a connector body at a regular position.
The card connector is provided with a tray to house a card and a connector body which is mounted to a substrate and into which the tray is inserted. A guide rail and a guide groove which are insertion-engaged with each other and extend along the insertion direction of the tray to the connector body are provided on the mutually-opposed faces of the tray and the connector body located in parallel with the surface of the card when housed in the tray. A position correction means which corrects the position of the tray to the connector body with an insertion end and an insertion end receiving part in contact with each other so that the guide rail and the guide groove may be engaged with each other when the tray is inserted into the connector body is provided at the insertion end of the tray into the connector body and the insertion end receiving part located in the connector body.
