Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency by realizing the reservation processing of a conference room through the use of card gate terminal equipments provided for the gateways of respective rooms.
CONSTITUTION: A conference reservation processing part 11 is started by a call from the gate terminal 2, reads identification information on an ID card 21 inserted into the gate terminal 2 and the terminal code 34 of the gate terminal 2. When the call is data display, reservation information of the room corresponding to the terminal code 34 is displayed in the display part 4 of the gate terminal 2. When the call is data registration, the use reservation processing of the room is executed based on reservation data on the room, which is inputted from the operation input part 3 of the gate terminal 2 corresponding to the terminal code 34.
