This card holder is to be held on the inner face side of folded part of a commutation-ticket holder main body 1. An elastic clip 3 clips a commutation-ticket 2 for automatic ticket examination in the folding direction. A means to hold the elastic clip 3 in the folding part of the commutation-ticket holder 1 is provided. The elastic clip is formed of a pair of elastic pieces 6 facing each other to form an almost heart form. The upper end parts of the elastic pieces 6 are folded back inward and the end parts are elastically in contact with each other to form a long hollow along the folded part of the commutation-ticket holder 1. The commutation-ticket holder 1 can be folded to naturally press the heart form expanded part to firmly hold the commutation- card(s) 2.
