Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically discharge a card from a card holding frame part interlockingly with the operation for opening an opening and closing cover when the card is discharged in a card connector.
CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing cover 6 mounted on a base 2 in such a manner as to be capable of openably and closably locking is regularly energized in the opening direction by a torsion spring 9. A lock mechanism 5 for the opening and closing cover 6 is provided. A first spring body 34 regularly presses a slider 31 in the retreating direction. When the slider 31 is pushed by an inserted card C, an engaging piece part 36 is fitted into the recessed part of an oscillating body 41. When the opening and closing cover 6 is closed, the engaging piece part 36 springs up the oscillating body 41 against a second spring body 45, and escapes on it. When the opening and closing cover 6 is opened in this state, an engaging pawl 37 is separated from an 39 since the oscillating body 41 supports the engaging piece part 36 to warp and deform it, and the slider 31 is pushed by the first spring body 34 to discharge the card C.
