The card hopper includes such a mechanism that when acceleration generates due to the rapid operation of a slide table, a stopper accessory to the slide table clings to a shaft, and the slide table rapidly stops, and that when the slide table moves at equal speeds, the stopper does not work. Also, this card hopper includes such a mechanism that when the door of the card hopper is opened, the slide table is locked. Thus, the factor of such a trouble as injury or breakage is eliminated.
