Abstract:
To provide a card issuing device which can accurately and automatically count the number of cards not issued yet and stored in a device.
A card storage part 7 includes a feed port 10 for feeding a card and a recovery port 11 for recovering a card into the card storage part 7. One card is fed from the feed port 10 and is transported to the recovery port 11 by an elevator part 22 and is recovered into the card storage part 7 from the recovery port 11. This operation is repeated to feed all the cards in the card storage part 7 and recover them, whereby the number of cards in the card storage part 7 is automatically counted.
