Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the use of an unjustly reproduced card by embedding magnetic chips so as to constitute a card, and providing a slide plate, discrimination sensor, and the like in a card reading device so as to unlock only in the case of a regular card.
CONSTITUTION: Circular and elliptical chips 33, 34 consisting of many magnetic substances are embedded for constituting a card C. Meanwhile on one side of a card inserting hole, a magnetism generating part 1 constituted by connecting many magnets 4 through yoke is arranged, and a leader base 16 consisting of a slide plate 18 provided with slotted holes 27, tumbler pins 20, and the like is arranged on the other side. At inserting the card C. lines of magnetic force generated from the magnets 4 are extended, the tumbler pins 20 are attracted, and in case of a regular card, piled on the slotted holes of the slide plate 18, so as to enable the plate 18 to move. At further pushing the card C in, the end part of the plate 18 is contacted with a discrimination sensor 23, so as to unlock by the signal. Hereby, unjust unlocking can be prevented, and breakage of magnetic record of the other card carried together with it can be prevented.
