An adhesive layer 6 is formed on a predetermined position of a surface of a card material 2. On the adhesive layer 6, an ornament part 5 is disposed and implanted in the card material 2 by thermal pressure. A card 1 is cooled while maintaining the pressure applying state and surfaces of the card material 2 and the ornament part 5 are formed into flush.
