Following up the movement of a card 5 inserted from a card inserting/ejecting port 18, a first lever 30 is turned in the counterclockwise direction around a fixed shaft 29. Second and third levers 61, 63 are pivoted on the movable shaft 70 of the 1st lever 30 and a compressed coil spring 64 is elastically connected between these levers 61, 63. The 2nd lever 61 is turnably supported by the fixed shaft 71 and energized in the direction for ejecting the card 5. An accumulation means 65 for accumulating the spring force of the spring 64 is formed on the 1st and 2nd levers 61, 63.
