The roller 30a for feeding cards is structured of a roller body 34, and a mounting part 31 for mounting a shaft 50 for rotating the roller body 34. The mounting part 31 has through-holes 32 into which a fastening screw 60 is inserted, and a notch 33a formed in a substantially perpendicular direction to the axial direction of the shaft 50. The fastening screw 60 inserted into the through-holes 32 with an end of the shaft 50 engaged in the notch 33a fixes the shaft 50 to the mounting part 31.
