A card pressing material 70 is energized so as to be rotated in a direction where a pressing end part 70a is separated from a contact terminal 51 by an energizing means 73, 1 a pressing end part 70a is pressed by a rotary material 80 and rotated in a direction for approaching the contact terminal 51 when the rotary material 80 is rotated in an inserting direction by the insertion of the card 1, the card is pressed by the pressing end part 70a from a lower surface side in the lock state and an external terminal is brought into press-contact with the contact terminal 51. When the tip of the card is pulled-out of between the middle plates and the rotary material 70, the lock state of the rotary material 70 is instantaneously released so that the card is pulled-out by fixed speed.
