Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card processor capable of improving the sensibility of a coil relative to a contact terminal of an IC card.SOLUTION: The card processor for processing an IC card which is provided with a contact terminal along a first direction includes: an insertion port to which the IC card is inserted in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction; a coil having a polygonal shape which has a side extending in the first direction at the insertion port side and which faces an area which is positioned at the second direction side than the insertion port where the contact terminal passes when the IC card is insert in the insertion port; and a permission part that permits reception of the IC card based on the change of signal output from the coil.
