Abstract:

To transfer an IC card with a simple structure without giving any damage on a surface of the IC card.SOLUTION: A card inverting and transferring system 50 has a card transferring mechanism 60A having an absorbing device 60 for absorbing an IC card 1 housed with its rear surface facing upward in a card magazines 21a to 21d and a carrying apparatus 51 for carrying the absorbing device 60 in the horizontal direction. On a downstream side of the card transferring mechanism 60A, a card mounting stand 70 for rotating the IC card 1 by an angle of 90 degrees on the horizontal surface and a rotating body 55 for inverting the IC card 1 to face the surface of the IC card 1 upward are successively provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
