Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card settlement program, a device, and a method in which an evidence for the signature validation is recorded based on a signature at the time of card issue to reduce the risk of unauthorized use by a third person.SOLUTION: A card settlement program comprises the steps of: obtaining client card information from a card in accompany with inputting clerk ID and transaction amount; transmitting settlement information including the inputted transaction amount and the obtained card information to a settlement server; receiving authentication result authenticated by the settlement server to perform a settlement based on the received authentication result; issuing a card slip including the settled settlement result and a signature column where the client signs in the transaction; receiving the signature image corresponding to the card information from the settlement server to display it; inputting confirmation information indicating that the clerk confirms that the displayed signature image and a handwritten signature of the client written on the issued card slip belong to the same person; and transmitting the clerk ID, the client card information, and the confirmation information to the settlement server to store them after correlating with one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
