Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a light control plate having a wide opaque angle width and to easily control the plate by limitedly using an irradiating light in a specified range of wavelength as the irradiating light.
CONSTITUTION: The film 5 of a photopolymerizable composition applied on a glass substrate is irradiated with UV of ≤400nm wavelength from a light source 1. The light source 1 has a filamentary shape when seen from the film surface of the composition 5, and a rod-shaped lamp is preferably used. In this case, the irradiating light of ≤400nm wavelength is used as the source 1 or a filter 3 interrupting the light of >400nm wavelength is arranged between the source 1 and the film surface of the composition 5, and the film is irradiated. The filamentary light source 1 is used and the irradiating condition is adjusted, hence the formed film or sheet-shaped cured material 5 exhibits anisotropy in the directions of the major axis and minor axis of the source 1, and the light from a specified angle is scattered only when the cured material is rotated around the major axis of the source 1.
