Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly erase a surface character even when the quantity of water drops on a mailed card is large and very cold.
SOLUTION: When the card is placed on a stacker 16, a carrying belt mechanism 22 horizontally takes out the card one by one to place on a belt 28 to carry to the side of a heater part 23. When a sensor 24 informs a computer circuit part of the taking-out of the card, a heater guide is pressed to the lower face of the heater part 23 in a prescribed period and then the heater guide 30 is lowered to carry to the side of halogen rollers 25 and 26.
