Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card switch capable of properly detecting insertion/pull-out of a thinner card.SOLUTION: The card switch includes: a case 3 having an insertion port 300 into which a card 2 is inserted; and a detector that detects whether the card 2 is inserted into the insertion port 300. The detector includes: contacts 412 and 413; a housing 410 storing the contacts 412 and 413; and a lever 411 a part of which protrudes from the housing 410. The contacts 412 and 413 are constituted of a switch 41 which is opened and closed by a rotation of the lever 411. A part of the lever 411 is positioned on an insertion/pull-out path of the card 2. The rotation path of the lever 411 is along the insertion/pull-out path of the card 2.
